We accept one-off or ‘ad hoc’ cases for collection at any age – from invoices less than 30 days to post write off.

Proven strategies for each debt profile are used, incorporating:

  • Address validation
  • Telephone number and email enhancement
  • SMS text messaging to increase contact rates
  • Proven letter strategies
  • Range of payment methods for debtors

Please note: Where applicable we implement The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which may partially or even fully offset collection costs to you.
