Being the ‘cheapest’ is not what we are about – we are about providing access to a premium quality, compliant service with ultimately a higher net return to you the client. We could maybe remove a letter or a phone call or two from our collection strategies to cut costs, but we won’t – If we reduce our activity levels we are less likely to secure a successful collection!

There is no registration fee for our Tier 1 Letter + Telephone collection service. This operates on a commission-only ‘No Collection, No Fee’ basis to ensure we remain performance driven and results orientated.

Tier 2 – Legal Action and Tier 3 – Enforcement are bespoke to a client’s individual needs. For a quote detailing fees / costs, please email enquiries@commercialrecoveries.com providing your full contact details.

Please note: Where applicable we implement The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which may partially or even fully offset collection costs to you.
